Tomas Castellanos

Tomas Castellanos, age 64, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Tomas, lovingly known as Tommie, was born on March 31, 1962, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was a hardworking man who took great pride in his work. Tommie was dependable, punctual, and rarely called in sick. He worked as a delivery driver for Carr’s Delivery Service, Leslie Allen, and DHL before his illness progressed.

Tommie was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan, loved the Houston Astros, and enjoyed watching all sports. He also loved Tejano music and dancing.

Tommie’s love was true and steady. He stood by his family through every storm and gave them strength with his gentle presence. His laughter and sense of humor will continue to echo warmly in the hearts of those who loved him. Brother, now you are free to rest. Your memory will live on forever in every heart you touched, and your spirit will remain a legacy that time will never erase.

Tomas was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Sr. and Margarita Castellanos; and his siblings, Francisco Jr. and Jose A. Castellanos Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory his sisters, Maria I. Castellanos (Hector Torres), Minerva Castellanos, and Gloria Castellanos; his brother, Juan Castellanos (Michelle G.); and his sister-in-law, Michelle M. Castellanos. He also leaves behind his nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, many cousins, friends whom he dearly loved, and his beloved comfort pet, “Lovie.”
