Sal entered peacefully into the arms of the Lord surrounded by the love of his family. Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace in Heaven and reunited with his beloved daughter, Ashley, whom he deeply missed since her passing in 2012 at the age of 23.
He was a devoted husband, a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend whose life was marked by extraordinary kindness, patience, and quiet strength. He treated everyone he met with compassion and gentleness, and children especially loved being around him. His warm smile, caring heart, and calm spirit reflected the goodness he carried within him every day.
He shared a deep and loving bond with his wife, Diane, who stood faithfully by his side through life’s joys and hardships. Their love was built on devotion, perseverance, and unwavering care for one another, and she will forever cherish the memories they created together.
He found joy in God’s creation through fishing and golfing, cherishing the simple moments spent outdoors with family and friends. He lived his life loving others faithfully, always willing to help, listen, and encourage those around him.
He is lovingly survived by his wife, Diane; his older sister, Marie; his younger sisters, Michelle and Tara; his brother, Chris; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who were blessed to know him.
While we grieve the loss of his presence here on earth, we rejoice in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ. We hold onto the hope that death is not goodbye forever, but a reunion yet to come. His love, faith, and gentle spirit will remain in our hearts always.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
