Ruby L. Mitchell, 83 of Victoria fell asleep in death Tuesday, August 26, 2025. She was born February 11,1942 in Hallettsville, Tx. She was a retired cook and a member of the Church of God. Ruby was survived by 2 daughters Brenda (Blake) Wilson and Fay Dobbs ; 1 step-daughter Traci Mitchell and her family; 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her mother Rosetta (Albert) Williams and her maternal grandparents Daniel (Cresia) Goode.
