Ricardo D Gonzalez

Ricardo D. Gonzalez, age 98, of Corpus Christi, TX, passed away on December 24, 2025.He was born on August 13, 1927, in Falfurrias, TX, to the late Ricardo and Felipa Diaz Gonzalez. A man defined by duty and a long history of service, Ricardo honorably served his country for a combined twenty years. His military career included service in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force, from which he retired. He is survived by his children: Luis Gonzalez, Sylvia Gonzalez, Ceasar Gonzalez, and Sonia England. He also leaves behind his sister, Manuela Contreras, and a legacy that continues through many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family members. In addition to his parents, Ricardo was preceded in death by his brothers: Jesus D. Gonzalez Sr., Cutberto D. Gonzalez Sr., and Bernardo Gonzalez; and his sisters: Concepcion Martinez, Teresa Hernandez, and Ninfa Cuellar. Revelation 21:4: “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
