Ramiro Ochoa, 64, of Corpus Christi, TX, passed away on July 3, 2026. Ramiro was born on August 28, 1961, to Edwardo and Martha Ochoa

Ramiro worked as a plumber all his life. He was very loyal and hardworking. Ramiro was one of the Kindest humans on earth. He was very loving to all his family members. He enjoyed spending time outdoors with his family. Most of all, he enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, playing poker, and watching wrestling. On occasion, he even wrestled with his nephews, nieces, and anyone who challenged him.

Ramiro was preceded in death by his parents, Edwardo and Martha Ochoa. His beloved wife Lucy Ochoa. His brothers are Roger Ochoa and Richard Ochoa. Sister Hortencia 0. Armstrong and stepson Richard Mendiola.

He is survived by his children Tomas Torres (Alma Lisa), Manuel Torres (Cissy), Gracie Torres (Claudia), Valerie Gamez, George Mendiola, and several grandchildren. Seven brothers and sisters.... Guadalupe Ochoa (Lupita); Olga Montes (Leonard); Edward Ochoa; Elida Álvarez; Estella Martinez; Robert Ochoa, Martha Santos, along with numerous nieces and nephews

A visitation for Ramiro will be held Friday, July 24, 2026, from 10 am to 2 pm. All services will be held at Saxet Funeral Home, 4001 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, TX 78408
