Orlando Armador Garcia

March 10, 1978 - June 22, 2026

Orlando Armador Garcia, aged 48, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026. Known for his warm heart, lively spirit, and unforgettable humor, Orlando touched the lives of many with his love of laughter and joy.

A gifted mimic, Orlando delighted friends and family by imitating characters and scenes from movies, always bringing smiles wherever he went. He was widely appreciated for his passion for cooking, an art he loved to share, and his talent for drawing, which beautifully expressed his creative soul. Like his father, Homero Garcia, Orlando also pursued music with heartfelt devotion, playing guitar and singing with a voice reminiscent of his dad.

Orlando was a man of many words, known for his silver tongue and engaging conversations. Beyond his charm and wit, he was deeply his silver tongue and engaging conversations. Beyond his charm and wit, he was deeply generous, always willing to help others and share what he had. He deeply loved his children —Eric, Julian, and Miranda. He often spoke of reuniting with Miranda and moving in together when he returned to town. His affectionate nature was marked by his constant smile, wit, and generosity.

Orlando believed in the importance of not taking life or each other for granted, reminding all that tomorrow is not promised. He lived with a spirit of forgiveness, love, grace, and mercy, encouraging those around him to do the same.

Though life sometimes challenged him, Orlando lived with the best intentions and did his utmost to make the right choices based on the examples he was given. He was a hustler by spirit, always striving. Orlando is preceded in death by his parents Homero and Janie Garcia, his younger brother Jessie, and his sister Maria Estella King.

He is survived by his older brothers Homero Garcia and Richard Jaquez, younger sister Esther Garcia, and his beloved children Eric, Julian, and Miranda. He also leaves behind cherished grandchildren Jayden, Aleah, and Jaylynn, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close family members.

The family will receive friends and loved ones for viewing on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 1 PM to 5 PM at Saxet Funeral Home, located at 4001Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78408.

Orlando's legacy of love, generosity, humor, and creativity remains in the hearts of everyone who knew him. To those still living:

"We might not have it all together, but together we have it all."
