Ninfa Garcia Avalos, (Yaya) 85 passed away on Saturday August 9,2025 with her loving family by her side. Ninfa was born in San Benito, Texas to Juan E and Natividad Garcia
Ninfa will be remembered for her great cooking and love of plants and gardening.
Ninfa is preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, Jesus R Avalos, her two sons Juan G Avalos and Jesus G Avalos Jr. She is also preceded in death by her brothers Ernesto Garcia, Carlos Garcia, Roberto Garcia, Juan Garcia, Luis Garcia, Jose Garcia, Roy Garcia , and Thomas Garcia.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving daughter Amelia Avalos and her loving grandson Jesse Avalos, and other family members.
Ninfa was kindhearted and always made sure that whoever came to visit her were fed. We'll remember her for her tamales and homemade raspas. They were the best!
Ninfa grew up working in the fields until she married and became a housewife and mother.
She will always be remembered in our hearts.
