It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father Juan Jose (Joe) Munoz, who departed this life peacefully with family at his bedside, on May 7, 2025, at the age of 72. Juan was born on January 30, 1953, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Jose Cleto Munoz & Gloria Martinez Munoz.

Juan is preceded in death by his beloved wife Estella (Rodriguez) Munoz, and his sister Ludivina (Munoz) Jackson.

Juan is survived by his brother Ysidoro (MaryJane) Munoz, his Sister Margot (Mike) Aguilar, & his Daughters Melissa (Danny) McGraw & Priscilla Munoz, & endless count of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Juan was a dedicated husband to Estella, his loving wife of (42) years, and a devoted father to Melissa and Priscilla.
He was a proud grandfather to two granddaughters, Jessica & Ashley Garcia. Jose was also a proud great grandfather to three great grandchildren, Aliyah, Jordan, & Amiaz.
Juan was a hardworking man who built a career as a Land Surveyor for 37 years before retiring.
Juan's kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family will never be forgotten. Juan's legacy of compassion will continue to inspire all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be under the direction of Saxet Funeral Home beginning with viewing at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 with a Holy Rosary to follow at 6:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday May 14, 2025 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with interment following at Rose Hill Cemetery.
