Jerry Raymond Marlatt

January 20, 1950- August 24, 2025

Jerry Raymond Marlatt, age 75, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on August 24, 2025. Born in Waco Texas, he was the beloved son of Guy Raymond Marlatt and Nell Tims Marlatt.

Jerry graduated from Roosevelt High School in San Antionio Texas, in 1968 and went on to serve his country in the United States Navy until 1972, working as a welder and sheet metal fabricator. A man of dedication and integrity. Jerry continued to live a life full of purpose and connection.

He became a 32nd Degree Master Mason of the Grand Lodge of Texas. Army no. 1105, as an endowed member, reflecting his commitment to fellowship and service.

Jerry had a deep love for life and those around him. He especially cherished fishing and spent countless hours teaching young one's how to fish on Bob Hall Pier. He loved traveling, sharing adventures, and hosting lively poker game nights with family and friends.

He will be remembered for his generosity, humor, and the joy he brought to those around him. He is survived by his wife Jessica Lynn Marlatt, Sons Timothy Raymond Marlatt and Richard Anthony Marlatt, Stepchildren, Nicholas, Jeffy, Eddie, Mickey, and Jeslyn, Brothers Anthony Paul Marlatt and David Marlatt, Sister, Patricia Nell Marlatt Bessner, and multiple nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great - grandchildren and extended family and friends who love dearly.
