Javier Trevino, 65 from Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on July 4, 2025. He was born in Robstown, Texas on June 30, 1960. to his beloved parents, Jose Trevino and Guadalupe Salas Trevino. He was a refinery worker throughout the Coastal Bend since 1985 of which he had retired from.

He was a cool dad. Grumpy and blunt at times but he was a good father. He was a good and loyal friend to the ones he had. Some silly things he would always ask was "do you have anything sweet?" and if we replied "no" he would say "go buy me some cookies and a gallon of milk and I'll pay you back."

He was preceded in death by his parents: His son Gabriel Trevino; his sisters Leticia Trevino and Terry Trevino Snell; and brother, Joe Trevino.

Javier is survived by his loving wife, Mary Alice Trevino; daughters; Angela R. Martinez, Alyssa R. Trevino Gonzalez (Michael B. Gonzalez) Andrea L. Trevino Garcia (Eric L. Garcia) and Son Javier Trevino Jr; and his wonderful 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings; Gilbert (Lydia) Trevino; Ernie (Cyndi) Trevino; Thelma (Israel) Blanco; Leo Trevino, and Angie Salas.
