Obituary

George was born on November 21, 1959, in Piraeus, Greece. At the age of 15, he moved to the United States, where he began his career working with his uncle as a dishwasher. Over the years, he advanced to become a chef, a role he cherished both in Greece and the United States. In 2010, George moved to Texas, where he met his beloved wife, Virginia, and they married in 2013.

Outside of his professional life, George was passionate about Ju Jitsu, earning a black belt, and enjoyed playing the lyre, gardening, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Virginia, his children Barbara, Evangelia, Mihali, and Pavlos, his grandchildren Olivia and Violet, and his siblings, nieces, and nephews both in the US and in Greece.
