Obituary

Listen to Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Gonzalez, a beautiful daughter whose light touched every heart she encountered, was born on April 4, 1998, and passed away on July 27, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of Gloria Cuervo, who cherished her deeply and supported her dreams with unwavering love.

Elizabeth was a bright, ambitious young woman with a powerful vision for her future. She dreamed of becoming a neurosurgeon, a calling she pursued with determination, curiosity, and a passion for learning. Although she did not have the opportunity to fulfill that dream, her drive and brilliance inspired everyone who knew her.

She loved reading and was rarely seen without a book in her hand. Her hobbies—singing, dancing, and reading books—reflected her joyful, expressive spirit. Elizabeth also enjoyed spending time on her favorite social platform, connecting with friends, sharing laughter, and capturing moments of her day.

Elizabeth received her education through South Texas Vocational Technical Institute and Del Mar College, where she continued to grow academically and personally.

One of her favorite joys was cruising down Ocean Drive, windows down, music blasting, and the breeze from the water surrounding her. Those drives brought her peace, freedom, and happiness—memories her family will forever hold close.

Elizabeth’s life, though far too short, was filled with love, ambition, and a radiant spirit that touched everyone around her. She brought warmth into every room she entered, and her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends.

Her legacy is one of brilliance, kindness, and dreams that continue to inspire.
