Christine was born in Corpus Christi to her loving parents, Rosendo Castillo and Paulita Leal. She grew up surrounded by family and carried that love and devotion to family throughout her entire life. Christine was a talented chef who expressed her love for others through her cooking. The kitchen was one of her favorite places, where she created meals that brought people together and made everyone feel at home. She had a passion for traveling, hiking, doing manicures, and most of all hosting family gatherings where laughter and love were always present. Known for her playful and goofy personality, Christine had a special way of lighting up any room she entered. Her humor, kindness, and warm spirit made everyone around her feel welcomed and loved. She cherished every moment spent with her family and friends. Christine is survived by her spouse, Frank Medrano; her three beloved children; one cherished grandchild; her sister, Cecilia Castillo; along with many other family members and friends who will deeply miss her. Christine’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Her laughter, love of family, and joyful spirit will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
