Betty Jane Hutson died on September 28, 2026. She was born on November 20, 1936

in St. Louis, MO. She had 2 siblings: Mary Lou and William. She married Lloyd Land around 1954,

and their family included daughters Peggy, Sylvia, Cindy, and Angela. After they divorced, she

married the love of her life, Thomas Benjamin Hutson, in 1977. He predeceased her. She loved her

Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, her daughters, and lots of bling!

She enjoyed watching Jimmy Swaggert and Boxing; quite eclectic! She was so proud of her daughter

Peggy for becoming an EA. Enrolled Agent tax professional. Also, Peggy's daughter,

Amanda, recently had an Emmy nomination for news journalism; she was quite delighted.

Her hat collection and her afghans were thanks to her daughter Angela, and she took good care of them.

Her daughter Sylvia lives farther away but is not forgotten. She recently moved in with her daughter

Cindy enjoyed two months of being closer. Betty lived life on her terms despite

some challenges. May she rest in peace.
